10 Fun Heart Crafts and Activities for Toddlers
Toddlers love Valentine’s Day, and there are a ton of simple heart crafts and activities they can do to celebrate that love!
Here’s a round-up of E’s ten favorite Valentine’s activities for toddlers – we’re sure you’ll find something your toddlers {as well as older kids – there’s no upper age limit!} enjoy!
Our first ever Valentine’s Day activity was making very simple Glitter Hearts.
E came up with Glitter Hearts v. 2, based on the first craft.
We made a beautiful Tissue Paper Stained Glass Heart with contact paper.
E used a toilet paper roll to make Stamped Hearts.
For a similar but even simpler craft, she made Cookie Cutter Hearts.
E loves handprint crafts, and I think this Double Handprint Heart turned out really cute.
Marbled Hearts were the first in a long line of shaving cream marbling crafts – they’re just so much fun each time we do them, we keep going back to them!
We tried Glue-Painted Hearts for quite a different painting experience.
Toddlers will need help putting Paper Towel Stained Glass Hearts together but they can be very creative with their Paper Towel Art that serves as the translucent part of this craft.
And finally, for more of an activity than a craft (although E put it together herself!), we made a pretty Heart-Themed Sensory Bag.
What’s your favorite Valentine’s craft or activity for toddlers? Do you want to try any of the activities above? Which one(s)? Leave a comment!
