Yoga Movement Die
Today’s printable is one both of my kids (at 3 and 7) had an absolute blast with: This Yoga Movement Die kept them going and giggling for a long time. And they kept asking to pull out the custom die over and over again over the following days – until it was thoroughly and visibly used and accidentally got smashed. We could’ve just printed the template again but the kids lost interest at that point and moved on to other fun stuff.
(E was 7 years and 2 months old.
N was 3 years and 6 months old.)

Materials for Yoga Movement Die
- Printable file (below).
- Printer.
- Paper cutter and/or scissors.
- Paper. (Heavy paper works well.)
- Glue or sticky tape.
What’s in the printable PDF file?
The file includes a one-page custom die template with six different yoga poses on the six faces of the die: bridge pose, butterfly pose, frog pose, happy baby pose, mountain pose, and upward facing dog.
Each yoga pose has the pose name and a vertical line at the bottom to show the correct orientation of the pose.
Print the template on heavy paper and cut it out at the solid black outer lines. Crease at the dashed lines and use a little glue or sticky tape to put the die together.
Roll the die and do the pose you land on. Repeat for a set amount of time or as long as it’s fun 🙂
