Christmas Countdown Day 24: Christmas Elves Number Writing Practice
Wow, it’s actually Christmas Eve, and we’re wrapping up the 24 Days of Christmas Printables today!
Yesterday, we had a Christmas Gift Size Sort activity, and today, to end the 24 Days of Christmas Printables series, I’ve got a Christmas Elves Number Writing Practice printable for you! E is still working on writing those numbers, and I know she’s gonna get a kick out of those cute elf faces when I present the printable to her later today 🙂
Thank you for making this series such a success! You kept me motivated to follow through with what started out as a lofty goal but turned out to be a blast for my daughter, for me, and I hope for you, too!

Materials for Christmas Elves Number Writing Practice
- Printer.
- Up to 5 sheets of paper.
- Pen or pencil.
What’s in the Printable PDF File?
Today’s freebie includes five number writing practice pages for numbers 1-5. (Would you like to learn more about the full VIP file that also includes numbers 6-10 and another exclusive bonus? Scroll to the bottom for all the info you’ll need.)
Each page shows the outline of the number at the top with an orange dot to show where to start writing.
Next to the number, you’ll find a matching number of friendly elf heads.
Underneath are writing lines for tracing and copying the number and the matching number word.
At the bottom, you’ll find a counting activity where kids are asked to color the correct number of elf heads, and a ten frame where they can mark the number they’re working on.
This is another no-prep printable. Just print the pages, they can be used right away. Lamination isn’t necessary but adds durability and reusability.
