Super Quick Christmas Tree Busy Bag
Have you seen my Christmas Tree Felt Set? It came together pretty quickly {in under an hour for me, and I’m not particularly crafty}, and it makes a great busy bag but what if you only have 10 minutes to put some kid entertainment together?
Try this super quick Christmas Tree Busy Bag – it takes maybe 5 minutes to prepare the felt Christmas tree, and another 5 to go through your Christmas and/or craft stash for decorations.

To make a super quick Christmas tree busy bag, you’ll need:
- Sheet of green felt.
- Christmas tree template.
- Sticky tape.
- Scissors.
- Pom poms.
- Christmas bows.
- Beads.
- Gallon Ziploc bag.
I used the same template and method for cutting out the Christmas tree shape as I did for the Christmas Tree Felt Set: I taped down the template with sticky tape to give more control while cutting.
Then I just grabbed some pom poms and beads and some Christmas bows, put it all in a Ziploc bag, and there it was, a super quick and simple busy bag!
Unlike the felt set, these items don’t actually stick to the felt Christmas tree but it’s a nice fine motor activity to use on a table top or similar.
Do your kids enjoy busy bags? Are they into decorating the Christmas tree? Let me know in the comments!
