Spring Coloring Pages
Spring is in the air! Okay, maybe not quite everywhere yet, but Easter is in less than 6 weeks, so if you’re still buried in snow, you can take comfort in knowing that it won’t be long now 🙂
As usual, we’re skipping spring altogether here in Texas – in fact, E asked to wear a skirt to school for the first time this year today. That doesn’t mean we can’t have fun with the theme, of course!
When it comes to printables, E is still big on coloring (many times, she tries to include N – it’s really the cutest thing ❤️), so of course we’re starting with Spring Coloring Pages.

What’s in the Printable PDF File?
The printable contains eight pages of spring-themed images to color. Each page has a short sentence at the bottom that complements the image. Images included are bee, kids in rain clothes, butterfly, daffodil, tulip, kite, lamb, sun and clouds, umbrella, and snail.
The words at the bottom of each page add environmental print to a simple coloring activity and can be used for tracing, copying, and reading depending on your child’s developmental level. I used a mix of sight words, words that are easy to sound out, and spring-themed words that kids can figure out from the images with a little help.
