Shamrock Matching Game for Toddlers
It’s day 3 of the 7 Days of St. Patrick’s Day Printables for Kids! Today, I’m sharing a Shamrock Matching Game for Toddlers. Clearly, there has to be a matching game for every theme imaginable 😉
Did you miss the previous installments? On day 1, I shared a set of Patterned Shamrocks Matching Clip Cards, and on day 2, there was a set of R is for Rainbow Handwriting Letter Mazes. Check out the rest of the series HERE!

Materials for Shamrock Matching Game for Toddlers
- Printable file (see below).
- Printer.
- Laminator, laminating pouches (optional).
- Two sheets of paper.
- Paper cutter or scissors.
What’s in the printable PDF file?
The printable contains two pages: One page shows six shamrocks in green and white with different patterns. The second page has the same shamrock patterns in black and white.
Print one copy of each of the two pages or two copies of one of the pages. Cut up one or both copies at the black lines and match the patterns.
Do you have toddlers who love matching? I have a book of matching games for them!
In my book Match This! Matching Games for Toddlers, I share 30 different matching games that are perfect for toddlers with a limited number of matches (you can mix and match different sets for a greater challenge) and large cards that are easy to pick up and hold. I’ve included instructions for playing memory and matching games at all skill levels and how to extend the activity with other learning objectives for older kids.
