I don’t know exactly why, but my kids think that cutting and pasting catapults any learning objective squarely into party territory 🙂 Here’s another one my 4-year-old loved: Pumpkin Seed Counting Cut and Paste Worksheet.

Materials for Pumpkin Seed Counting Cut and Paste Worksheet

Printable file (below).
Printer.
One sheet of paper.
Scissors.
Glue stick.

What’s in the printable PDF file?

The free file you can download below includes a no prep one-page cut and paste worksheet.

Instructions are at the top. In the middle of the page are six squares numbered one through six. At the bottom, there are six squares with dashed lines and six pumpkins with one to six seeds in them.

The objective is to cut out the pumpkins, match the number of seeds to the numbers above, and glue the pumpkins to the matching number.
