What’s in the Printable PDF File?

This is a simple one-page printable that you simply need to print out. Trim off the narrow white edges if you want.

Then ask your child the questions and fill in the blanks, or let your child fill them in if he or she is able.

The questions don’t just focus on what daddy likes, but also on the relationship between the child and daddy. E really enjoyed answering the questions – and asked me to ask them again the next day. {The answers remained the same 😉 }

  1. I printed this for our son to fill-in for this year’s Father’s Day. Then we laminated it and stuck colorful Popsicle sticks to create a border. My son was so excited about presenting it to his daddy that he wanted to give it as soon as possible.
    My hubby is German. Are you producing materials in German, too?
