Fall Leaves Grid Game
I just realized that I haven’t shared a new grid game with you in a while! I like that they’re simple, printable, and just require a die and some manipulatives to play. And they’re great for practicing counting, subitizing, 1:1 correspondence, turn taking, and more!
I hope you enjoy this Fall Leaves Grid Game with your kids this fall!

Materials for Fall Leaves Grid Game
- Printer.
- Paper or cardstock.
- Laminator or sheet protector (optional).
- Manipulatives, crackers, small candy, etc. OR markers.
- Game die.
Print the one-page printable, laminate or place in sheet protector if you want to protect it, and start playing!
Roll the die and cover or mark the corresponding number of leaves from left to right and top to bottom until all leaves are covered.
You can play solo or with a partner as a cooperative or competitive game. If you want to make it competitive, you could either print out two copies of the printable or have each person cover one color of leaves only.
Or if you have two types of manipulatives (like we did), you could use each type for every other roll of the die.
When you’re done {or if you just want to play fall leaf memory 😉 }, you can cut the squares apart and discard one of the green-yellow leaves to play a very simple memory game!
