Christmas Countdown Day 17: Christmas Tree Shape Cards
Welcome to day 17 of the 24 Days of Christmas Printables! Can you believe that it’s only a week until Christmas Eve??! Are you ready?
Yesterday’s S is for Santa Letter Maze required no preparation, but you’ll have to do some cutting to prepare today’s Christmas Tree Shape Cards for play. It should still only take you a few minutes to put the activity together.

What’s in the Printable PDF File?
Today’s printable has three pages: One page with a blank Christmas tree, one page with seven shapes (star, square, rectangle, circle, oval, triangle, and diamond) and two Christmas tree shape cards, and one page with four more shape cards.
Print all three pages, laminate if you’d like (it’s not strictly necessary, but I recommend it in this case because it will really help the shapes hold up better while they’re being handled), and cut out the seven shapes and the six shape cards.
Depending on your kids’ developmental level, they can skip the shape cards and simply decorate the tree, you can give verbal instructions, or they can follow the patterns on the shape cards.
